The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, with climate control, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. The staff is amiable, cooperative.

We have spent 4 days in superior queen room with a big balcony as well as seaview. Location: the hotel was next to the wonderful gardens and the pristine waters beach, beautiful view and mamlouk palace. Furthermore, to the nearby waterpark.

The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly, with immediate response and speedy service. The room was super clean and had a beautiful sea view. The food was delicious with a wide variety. The beach was spacious and well-maintained. The animation shows were a lot of fun. The staff, from the gardeners to the General Manager, were attentive and always smiling. The heated pool was popular in poor weather. The location was convenient for both the sea and outside activities. a mind-blowing experience!

The room was absolutely incredible with a breathtaking view, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and happy during our stay. The facilities were top-notch and the prices for water activities were very reasonable compared to other hotels. The daily show in the evening kept us thoroughly entertained. Good all round hotel in a great area so close to common areas, rooms, swimming pools, beach, restaurants & bars and need to be booked well in advance.

Wonderful, clean hotel with exceptional personnel from gardeners to the managers. Exceptionally comfortable bed, brilliant and spacious room. Large bathroom, and a mini-bar, climate control and a personal safe. Favourable and unbeatable location with awesome views and right by the main beach, the water park and bus, and coral reef.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Hygiene in general and especially when eating very good. Varied buffet with almost infinite choice of fine dishes. Good, comfortable beds, quiet location, pleasant audience with a certain standard.
